200wordbooks sells digital products. Access links are delivered by email after purchase and unlock web reading plus personal PDF downloads.
After access is delivered
Refunds are not automatic after a digital book or bundle has been delivered or accessed, because the product cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.
Access problems
If a link fails, expires, or you cannot reach your books, email support@200wordbooks.com and we will help refresh access or fix the technical problem.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes statutory rights that apply where you live.
